Regina visits your loved one's home to get the full picture. She'll observe the living environment, speak directly with your loved one (with their consent), and have an honest conversation with your family about what level of support makes sense.

What happens during the consultation

• Assessment of daily living challenges
• Discussion of care preferences, routines, and personality
• Review of which services are most appropriate
• Honest answer to every question you have — including cost, timing, and what to expect

There's no charge for this visit and no obligation to proceed.

If you decide to move forward, Regina selects and introduces the right certified professional for your loved one's needs. The first visit is scheduled at a time that works for your family.

• Regina remains your point of contact throughout the relationship
• If anything needs to adjust — schedule, services, or caregiver — you call Regina directly
